Hinman Construction was awarded the Bronze award from Qualified Remodeler for the Bathroom $50,000-$75,000 category.
The client was dissatisfied with her builder-grade Master Bath, which featured a corner tub unit, acrylic shower, white melamine vanities, and a dismal tile floor. The goal of the renovation was to make the bathroom more inviting with a free-standing soaking tub, custom shower, full glass surround, and gorgeous vanities. The general layout was close, but the new selections were gorgeous. The custom shower with black trim adds to the beauty of the room and coordinates with the black and bronze light fixtures selected.
The existing Master bath had run its course, and most of the items in there were damaged and falling apart. Quality and attention to detail were a major component of this remodel. Delivery dates were a huge challenge, especially during the high time of COVID-19, and trying to complete this remodel on schedule was a challenge. The freestanding tub took more than what was expected, and the lead times for cabinets were at an all-time high. The renovation team made sure the client understood the extended lead times as well as the level of difficulty the tile was. With the lead times, all they could do was try to look for the product elsewhere or wait it out. All in all, everything came together beautifully and the finished project was just what the client was expecting. If not more. You can see in the Design below.
